THINGS TO DO

Besides enjoying a show at the Dinner Theater, Chanhassen residents also love getting outdoors. Lotus Lake has over 240-acres of scenic waters. Carver Beach on the lake is perfect for a swim and there are also picnic areas, playgrounds, and walking trails here as well as a boat and kayak launch. Lake Ann ParkLake Susan Park, and Kerber Pond Park are other popular parks in the community.
 
Meanwhile, you can learn more about Chanhassan’s most famous former resident at Paisley Park, Prince’s former home and studio. Here, you’ll find a large collection of artifacts from the artist’s life and works. 
 
Golfers love Bearpath Golf and Country Club, which also is a great event venue. Chanhassen also offers easy access to the nearby Bluff Creek Golf Course and the world class Hazeltine National Golf Club, known for hosting a number of major championships over the years.
