About Nathan Haasken

I was born and raised around a life focused on real estate. My father, Cal, started up Chestnut Realty over 30 years ago in Chaska and made sure my siblings and I were involved from the start. From landscaping developments to holding open houses, I was doing it all by the time I was fifteen.

 

Now, I am not only a fully licensed REALTOR but also a Certified General Appraiser and an owner of multiple rental properties. You can say I was “bitten by the real estate bug” and I have not looked back since. I love the challenge of helping people meet their real estate needs. No matter if they are a first-time home buyer who has no idea what they want or a professional real estate investor who knows what they need down to the doorknob.

 

I am very knowledgeable in all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, land, developments, investments, and appraising.
