About Judy Winship

My job is to make the real estate buying process that much simpler and as a real estate associate of Chestnut Realty, I do just that. In addition, I have been a part of multiple real estate transactions as a customer where I have gained perspective as both the buyer and seller allowing me to truly relate to my clients.

I am a true Minnesotan to the core and grew up in the Twin Cities area where I continue to work and do life in a community I love. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Health from St. Cloud State University. My years of experience in business, sales, training, client support and real estate, have given me the knowledge to meet the needs of each and every client. My skills in negotiation, sales, training and customer service align perfectly with my mission of personalized and dedicated service.

On a personal note, I continue to reside in the West Metro with my family where I enjoy attending local sporting events, theatre productions, power walking and connecting with friends and family. My passion is helping others achieve their next step, whether it be buying their first home, downsizing, investing, purchasing a cabin or a step up home for more space.
